CORRIDOR – JANE TO KEELE
OPA 620
Purpose:
Located on the north side of Steeles Avenue between Jane and Keele Streets, the purpose of the review is to determine appropriate land use policies to guide development in the context of the evolving land use and transportation context.
Timeframe:
The Study began in the fall of 2002 and concluded in 2006.
Current Status:
OPA 620 is currently subject to an appeal to the Ontario Municipal
Board (OMB).
A Community Improvement Plan for the OPA 620 lands will be the
subject of a Public Hearing on May 28, 2007 at 7pm in the Council
Chambers.
