Deputations
Deputations, other than those in respect of a statutory hearing, are limited to not more than 5 minutes and to avoid repetition, any deputation on behalf of an organization including any corporation, association or on behalf of any group shall be made by a single representative.

Council
Deputants are not permitted to address Council except in respect of a matter that requires a statutory hearing. Deputants are encouraged to appear before the Committee of the Whole.

Committee of the Whole Public Hearing
Committee of the Whole Public Hearings are to receive public input on development applications. Anyone is welcome to speak on any item on the agenda at these meetings.

Committee of the Whole
Deputations are welcomed for any item appearing on the Committee of the Whole agenda. Should you wish to address the Committee of the Whole for items not scheduled on the agenda, contact the City Clerk by 12 noon on the Wednesday twelve (12) days prior to the date of the meeting, indicating the topic for discussion and the representative speaker(s).
