¹ Two reports are available for each Member of Council. The Monthly Expenditure Report and the supporting Detailed Transaction Report. These reports are produced from the City’s financial system. The Monthly Expenditure Report compares year-to-date budget to actual expenditures on an account by account basis. The Detailed Transaction Report is a supporting report that identifies each individual transaction that together add up to the account total in the Monthly Expenditure Report.
