The City of Vaughan By-Law Enforcement Unit deals with issues concerning violations relating to 42 enforceable by-laws. The By-Law Enforcement officers function as part of the Enforcement Services Department at the City of Vaughan. The officers service requests and concerns from the public relating to violations of the Property Standards By-Law, Zoning Standards, and Pool Fences to name a few. This Unit investigates approximately 3,000 complaints per year.
