ANNUAL SPRING STREET SWEEPING PROGRAM

The Annual Spring Street Sweeping Program for cleaning City street was completed on May 13, 2011.

Following the Spring Street Sweeping Program, our year-round street sweeping program continues utilizing City staff and equipment. The attached map illustrates the sweeping areas and cycles for the municipality.

To help improve the efficiency of our sweeping operation, please ensure all vehicles are parked in driveways and do not overhang the roadway. The cleanliness of our City depends on your co-operation in keeping roads clear of parked cars.

New Subdivisions
If you live in a new subdivision that is still under construction, it is the responsibility of the developer to keep the roads clean. Please contact the City’s development Engineering Department at 905-832-8525 should you have any concerns regarding street sweeping within your new subdivision.
