The City of Vaughan's 23rd annual Winterfest will be held on Sunday, February 5, 2012 at the North Thornhill Community Centre, 300 Pleasant Ridge Avenue, in Thornhill.  We welcome   as the Event Sponsor.

This fun-filled family event will feature FREE stage entertainment in the outdoor Amphitheatre,  Midway Zone, Ice Zone Carving Demos, face painting, a pizza making workshop, displays, craft activities and much more!

Entertainment will include Max & Ruby's Musical Playdate featuring upbeat and orginal songs, Fearless – A Tribute to Taylor Swift, Puss in Boots Meet & Greet, CariVaughan: Bringing the Sound of Carnival, Kobbler Jay: The Eccentric Juggler, and Doo Doo the International Clown.

Toronto Maple Leafs Defenceman Jake Gardiner will also be on hand for a free autograph session at 2 p.m.. Official Welcome by Mayor & Members of Council will be at 10:30 a.m.

All activities are free and great food will be available for purchase.

Free Shuttle Bus Service
Park at Vaughan City Hall 2141 Major Mackenzie Drive, take the Shuttle Bus to and from WinterFest site between 9:15am and 4:15pm.
